Holiday Inn Express New Orleans Downtown by IHG

I was very surprised with the condition of the hotel being that the first time that we stayed it seemed very clean and really nice for the price. The staff was rude but looked past it. This time the hotel seems to be ran down and not taken care of. There is no a/c in the hallways and elevators. The lamps in the room were very stained, the leather on the chair was peeling badly, the bed was like a rock and pillows was flat, mold On the shower. I thought at first the staff was nice but as time went on the staff was rude and has attitude like I was inconveniencing them. I went to check out and check and check back in due to I came in a day early and the guy at the desk had no clue what he was doing. Said that he took care of it but then the housekeeper came right into our room while we was in the room saying that it show we checked out. So I had to go back and speak with someone else’s to check us back in. Needless to say I will never stay there again.

Net buiten het centrum is perfect. Zit je ook niet in het rumoer en de drukte. Terwijl het epi centrum op loop afstand is. Personeel staat voor je klaar zonder overdreven vriendelijk te zijn.

Nos dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada, intentamos abrir, y había gente un, desastre. Quedamos muy mal, por culpa del recepcionista
