Great location . Friendly staff, clean room and great breakfast

The late night receptionist was so nice. She was helpful, attentive, and even when people weren’t listening to the rules of trying to get into the hotel, she made sure we were taking care of first.

It’s a little run down and older looking. There was a bit of a smell but it wasn’t overpowering, just smelled like an older hotel.

I didn’t like the check in and out kiosk I would rather have a real person

The desk attendant both mornings I was there was a “live agent” not on property. Which was strange because an actual person was at the desk the first morning we arrived. She ignored us and when we tried to speak to her she just referred us to this kiosk for help. We had to cancel our reservations through choice hotels because the actual person behind the desk would not help us and the kiosk was unable to find our reservation. The whole AI customer service experience was a terrible first impression and we won’t be back.
