Comfortable bed.

Placed a request for a quiet room when I did booking, notified hotel I was doing late check-in. When I checked in, the front desk noted my request and said, she was sorry that they didn't notice the request and that only available room was first floor, down the corridor from breakfast room. Needless to say, the morning breakfast crowd was noisy.
