The over all look of my room and in the ftont lobby also the rug thur the hallway was just dirty all over

I was comfortable with the price.

On arrival to the hotel during check-in, the male receptionist had a very nasty attitude. He asked for my card so he can put in the system. I handed him my card by hand, he put my card on the counter. I politely asked him to not place my card on the counter. He told me I don’t tell him how to do his job. My back was turned when he place my card on the counter and there was another person behind me. Not saying that that person would have taken my card, the polite thing to do was to give my card back to me in my hand. His response amongst other things was said was unacceptable. That was the first thing, now I get in the elevator to go to the room, door opens on the floor I’m getting off on, I look down OMG! the carpet was SOOooo dirty it had stains and holes every where. I get to the room, the room was clean I must say, but the room had a funny smell. I noticed my friend started getting sick in the room. Every time we went to the room, my friend was feeling bad. When we were away from the room, my friend was fine. Then they say complimentary BREAKFAST! Waffles, Syrup, coffee, Juice. Now you tell me what you think.

The property needs an update. Hall rugs are old and worn, but the room was clean and everything worked. The staff member at the desk was rude and unwelcoming. I would not return, however I gave it three stars because it was clean and quiet.

Rooms falsely advertised, should be motel price, hallways are dirty, carpet is dirty, bathroom is spooky with hole in wall, staff illegally entered room with out request as posted in rooms “ upon your request” not safe. Stool smell in bathroom after unauthorized entry.

Nothing! It was disgraceful filthy carpets stained and stench full the room had shit on the walls and lamp shades. The bed was old and unkept with horrible pillows

Rooms need to be cleaned properly it was somebody wig left in the closet. Also the person who checked me on attitude was very nasty.

Its ok but you can clearly see they don't take pride in cleaning the location its a slum hotel that should be more so considered as a motel, the Motel 6 is cleaner than the Sleep Inn.
