Sleep Inn near I-80 and I-94

The hallway rugs are in terrible condition. They need replacing. Staff is cleaning them as best they can. Lamp in 309 desk needs to be replaced. I reported it twice. Even asked for a light bulb. But that did not fix it. Breakfast was good; my favorite meal.

The place was clean and affordable

There was a lot of loud noises and bumping around throughout the day. Very noisy

A little run down, sink didn’t drain well, bedding had stains, walls were dirty and the breakfast could’ve had more of a variety for the $100 I paid for one night

Close to our destination

Our room was not well kept. When we got to our room we found some trash lying around, the bathroom light didn’t work half the time and although we were in a non-smoking room there was a strong scent of tobacco and marijuana coming from our room and throughout the hallway.

BAD- NOT CLEAN-N BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL MY ROOM BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE.

The bathroom was not that clean plus it had a Odor like it was cleaned with a dirty mop

Both location and breakfast was great!

My neighbors were very loud during sleep time

After arriving, I was told that although I had booked through booking, I was not showing up on their reservation list. Then turned away. I had to book another room elsewhere.
