Helen was a great host. Breakfast was all made fresh and there was a good selection to choose from.

A B&B with top class hotel style bedrooms, friendly and excellent service. En-suite better than most hotels I've staid in and cooked breakfast superb.

Stayed here quite a few times, hosts are lovely, breakfast is really good, if i had to find something not brilliant, the pillows could be better, I find them a bit soft.

The stay was excellent, really clean throughout and with those small extra touches that mean a lot such as a teapot, fresh milk in the fridge, bottles of water also in the fridge, as it was very warm weather there was already a fan in the room. This place was and is, absolutely amazing. Nothing lacking with loads of extras. Attention to detail in the rooms and attention to the customer being 2nd to none. I stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding locally and the weather got progressively hotter throughout the day. On returning to 41 King Edward Avenue I found a fan had thoughtfully been placed in my room. There was a small bottle of fresh milk in the rooms mini fridge ready for me. The room was very well appointed and the bathroom was a small but perfectly formed space offering a huge shower with both overhead waterfall and handheld shower heads. The parking on the off street drive a another bonus. The host, Helen, was great nothing being any trouble and wanting your stay to be a good one. Thank you Helen you made my stay extremely pleasurable, here's to next time.
