Montgomery Apartments - Crighton

Location was good.

I asked to drop off my bag a little earlier than the official check in time and the owner was not flexible at all with it. The same happened when I left (my family just wanted to leave their backpacks there for a couple of hours and I was informed that it was not possible). The apartment was not clean, they changed the sheets and cleaned part of the bathroom but that was pretty much it. Ok for staying with friends, not more.

Super easy, the code was sent days before and one email even included a check in video to show the street, door and lock box.

Good walking distanse to downtown.

Hole in the ceiling downstairs, horrible beds, sewage smell in the bathroom, extremly loud, cold.

Quiet spacious great for 4 people, comfortable beds and close to the city center

Location ok.

Flat was not clean. Pubic hairs in bath and bathroom dirty. All rooms dusty. Generally the flat needs to be renovated. Decoration is poor.

The location is really good and the apartment is big

Well located.Near the city centre and near supermarket.The two bedrooms at the back were very quiet.

I don't understand why we had to pay £ 50 for the cleaning as the flat wasn't clean at all. Just the sheets and the towels were removed but they smelt the cold tobacco.(the whole flat smelt tobacco) They were even glass stains on the furniture, the dishes in the cupboard were so dirty that we had to wash them all before using them.The bathmat was full of hair and the mirror was full of dirty spots.The ground was sticky and we had to keep our shoes the whole time. My daughters saw me cleaning instead of enjoying.It's a real pity because it could be such a nice place.

Nothing it was disgusting, old, noisy and extremely dirty.

noisy street, thin windows, overall really dirty, floors not swept or clean, dirty cutlery in drawer, cupboard doors hanging off or screwed shut, beds were not made properly, spiders, bathroom was not clean, faeces on toilet, brown dirt in sink, unacceptable condition, poor customer service.
