I got a video orientation on how to access the apartment. The apartment was clean with all the necessary amenities.

The heating system was not working properly. The house was cold.

We appreciated the location, especially the proximity to food/drink. But: The pictures don't really convey that, while there is a kitchen, there is no place to sit and eat. Also, the bathroom was not clean - it had a stink to it. And the towels were not properly washed/dried, so they had a stink too.
