I extended my stay but instead of sleeping in, I was told to evacuate the building because of gas leak. I had to carry out my daughter from the room, and we waited on the bench outside and it was cold. They offered us blanket, but we had to leave to go wait for everything to be safe again. Then I ended up going to work and came back at 11 pm and I asked the the lady in the front for a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience I was in but until today I haven’t heard from them even though they said someone will call me. My

Room: chair to sit in was a metal lawn chair-no coffee maker-no microwave-Beds were good Service: They did not pick up our towels or trash or make our bed. When told about that, after having to go get towels for the next day, the lady said she would knock off some because of it. Next morning, different lady at desk said they only did room service every other day. When asked where I would have found out about that, she said it was in my bookings.com. It was not. It said they cleaned rooms each day. Air conditioner was normal but without it on fan all night, it would have been very noisy with traffic. Price was good but I will never stay there again. I’ve had nicer for about the same money.

The staff was terrific, and I would give this property a 10/10. They were all so lovely and accommodating, especially since our flights got canceled and we had to stay another night. I would visit here again on my next visit to Bentonville.
