Spark by Hilton Bentonville

My stay was not at all what I expected. It’s as if they took an old hotel, slapped the brand Hilton above it, and that’s it. Not AT ALL what I expected. The cable in my room didn’t work. The chair at the desk in my room was metal. No comfort or cushion while working. The big disappointment was breakfast. The breakfast was generic and slim. All prepackaged commodities. Watered down juice. Just disappointing all the way around.

I booked my room with Hotels. Com. I booked a room with king size bed well when I checked in they had no kingsize bed so we had to take room with 2 double beds. Then went to take a shower and no water pressure so I informed front desk and all they could say was sorry or move us to another room. The booking part was not the front desk fault it was hotel's.com fault period tried contacting them with no response. Will not book a room with them again

Sparks chain are old hotels that are taken over by Hilton This 2 story location was old and run down before Hilton took over. They did a cosmetic fix and was not to our liking. TV did not work and took a while to get hot water. Do not eat the free breakfast and coffee was real weak.

I reserved 5 rooms for a small choir group. Coming out of the car into fierce winds and rain, we hurried to the hotel entrance, only to find a door that did not immediately open! Had to wait a few moments, with arms of luggage, for the door to open. Need to fix that.The check-in went very well. I didn’t know until after checkout that one of our couples had to ask for another room, because the sink didn’t drain well, and the shower didn’t work. When moved to another room, they had no lights. The lamps couldn’t be plugged in because they were no outlets in appropriate places in the room. I don’t generally turn in negative comments, and I’d like to use this hotel again because it had a good price. It was clean, nice staff, & conveniently located, but has a few things to be corrected.

Well I was changing clothes and someone w a key walked in my room bc they gave someone my room. Embarrassing

I paid in full for a king size bed. when i book the room. Came in to check in and they changed my room to 2 single beds. When i asked why, they said they had to give priority to other people. Then i asked '' but i paid when i booked but they didn't give a damn about it. I refused the room and went to a nicer one closed by. So if anyone out there , remember you will not get the one you reserved.

Easy check in. Rooms were great! Pet friendly. Loved that they had shampoo/con. Body soap in the showers! Beds were comfy. There was some flooding when we got there due to a storm, really didn’t matter because they had us in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is just continental, nothing special.

Service, location, and the room were wonderful. There was remolding happening in a few of the rooms near us. But by midafternoon the noise stopped. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We would stay again.
