The location only. Otherwise it was a mouldy, dirty over priced hotel

Overpriced and dirty. Nothing luxury about it. Stains on the bedding. Dirty carpet, mould everywhere you looked in the bathroom, horrible hotel.

Opposite the train station as well as on the high street so it's central to anywhere in the city of Exeter. Room and bathroom were spacious. Clean bedding, wardrobe, full size iron and board, and a good shower.

Windows didn't open out very much as it was rather hot inside with outside temps. at 20 - 23C. Was given a fan to remedy this. With the location being so central, it made it difficult to sleep due to the outside revellers from the bars/pubs in the area. This died down eventually.

No air con in the room Very outdated decor The continental breakfast was very poor, one of the worst I’ve experienced it was cheap food, awful basic coffee, teapots not cleaned, cold food, just awful quality

The staff were excellent and the room was clean.

The fan in the room wasn't the best which made for an uncomfortable night however it's not the hotels fault it was 35 degrees on Thursday!

We attended a Wedding which was beautiful. The food and staff we couldn’t fault.

I am disabled and was very disappointed that there were no ground floor rooms and they didn’t have a lift that was working. Also the rooms were very hot despite having a fan.
