No aircon in room Mattress had its best days Breakfast was a rip-off: when I arrived at 8.45 a few ore-fried eggs left and hardly anything else to eat.

"Served the Purpose Needed"

Location for central Exeter excellent. Lovely grand atrium and classic wide stairs. Room quiet and slept well. Parking available on-site but it is restricted. Hotel very helpful to accommodate us. Thank you.

"Convenient location but hotel starting to look pretty tired."

Convenient location.

No parking available when I arrived so had to park elsewhere at a premium rate. Hotel is looking pretty tired and room was extremely warm. Fan provided but was just moving warm air around. Staff friendly enough though.
