Location

Wedding event going on and very noisy also walls are very thin could hear everything through them. Had to move rooms 3 times due to noise that kept us awake all night. Will not be returning

The elevator was not working and no assistance was provided to assist with bags. The hotel is in serious need of renovations. The curtains are torn and sun damaged as well as the carpet. The chair in room is dirty.

The location and the wedding Food was nice

Being above a rave in the function room which was VERY VERY loud not being told about it and not being moved when we complained about it even though we checked and there were rooms to book. The room had no A/C and was very hot and uncomfortable. Also the lady receptionist was very miserable. Will not be staying there again.

Great location, and car park on site. Upgraded to a privilege room at no extra cost. Great facilities with a nespresso coffee machine. Staff friendly and helpful

Visited during the hot weather, no air con in the rooms. However, it is an old building. Fans were provided.
