"Very nice stay but hotel could do with a bit of a spruce up and we are not trying to be funny just point out what we fee"

Location was great,bedroom was good size and well laid out.staff were very friendly and very helpful and professional

Although lovely hotel some areas were very dated and worn. Stairs carpets very worn,woodwork in bedroom shows lots of ware and bathroom door had damage/wear to top and bottom .just spoilt appearance .plus room was very hot.no aircon so had to run electric fan to try to cool down

Very large room Directly opposite Exeter Central Station High quality toiletries Friendly and welcoming staff

No phones in the room On second day cleaner only left one towel and some rubbish remained in the room
