ロケーションが良かった。スタッフが親切だった。部屋をアップグレードして頂いた。 サウナ、スチームルームを利用させてもらったが、とても綺麗で快適に過ごす事ができた。ジムのスタッフも親切だった。

一階のトイレを使用した際、清掃スタッフが大声で電話をしていて、スタッフの教育が徹底されていないのかな、と感じました。 朝食会場の回転を良くしたいのか、お皿とカトラリーをすぐに撤収され、ゆったりと過ごす気持ちになれませんでした。 スタッフの方に、隣にあったカトラリーを使っても良いかと聞き、使わせてもらえたので、良かったですが。 他の方の口コミに、海を眺めながら朝食を取れて良かった、とありましたが、海側の場所は封鎖されていました。

Super friendly staff. Lovely rooms with a great view of the sea. Perfect location for the Lanes and local restaurants. Very nice spa with all the facilities one needs. Good breakfast with the added bonus of fresh omelettes cooked to order. Will be back very soon.

The room was lovely, a superb upgrade. The staff were attentive and I had forgotten an item from home which they brought up to the room in minutes! That was a really good unexpected service. The room service was also amazing!

The bathroom was a little small, but did not detract from our stay at all! The windows couldn't be opened but fair enough for health and safety reasons.

This hotel gives the impression of offering the trappings of luxury, apparently.

In reality, this offers a corporate, impersonal and INCOMPETENT service. I had booked in an elderly VIP and had been assured that the hotel's VIP service would contact me to discuss arrangements. They didn't. I also made it clear that the room should be debited on my account, not hers. But no - they charged her. This led to a very awkward situation where I had to get a refund on her account. The long deliberations on how to do that led to her being asked to wait in line and enter her PIN - which it turns out wasn't necessary. What a disaster.
