Room because I booked last minute, I got what was in reality a large family room, but it was absolutely fine and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the TV or may be the remote control didn't work. Frankly I didn't come to Brighton on a lovely summer weekend to watch TV and I really didn't have time to raise a complaint with the hotel Breakfast good, Plenty of fruit, freshly cooked fried eggs and omlettes Location: Perfect !! Right on the sea front. If you book sufficiently far in advance you'll get a seaview!

Parking right under the hotel but EXPENSIVE Homeless people sleeping rough outside at the back of the hotel

"Great Placce to stay"

Everything, the staff were very helpful. They provided a vvery early breakfast, when I was not expecting any. The room was very comfy especially the bed . Having air con was great. The location was great
