Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham

I liked the friendly staff upon arrival, very welcoming and had a great little tuck shop

The fact check out is at 11 but we had the cleaners wake us up twice knocking on the door at 10 and 10:15. We then proceeded to leave and was not made aware there was a convention on at the hotel so the lobby was full of people and had a massive queue out the door making it uncomfortable and difficult to leave. If we was made aware when we arrived we would have known what to expect.

Old, fairly basic business hotel but worked for us because we were out all day and just needed a place to sleep. Had all the basic amenities like toiletries, kettle, tea coffee etc. and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. Close to the highway so was convenient to get in and out. Good enough breakfast.

Not too expensive, comfortable, clean and friendly staff, convenient parking and good breakfast

A little noisy but it did settle.

The staff were super professional and friendly such a winning combo. Thanks heaps.

Nice comfortable rooms.

Electric kettle in the rooms have a ridiculous design. You get your hands burned with hot steam while pouring hot water into a cup.
