"Not as clean as would be expected"

Spacious room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff.

On arrival the toilet lid and seat had smears if excrement. I reported it to the front desk, and was promised it would be cleaned. When I returned most of tge toilet had been cleaned, but the edge of the seat was still slightly soiled.
