Cozy Savvy Hoi An - The Quintessence of Exquisite Retreat

Everything was amazing. The staff was so kind, and remembered us from check in to departure by name and room number, and remembered what our plans were to check in to see how the stay both at the hotel but in Hoi An was going. Room was larger than expected, and so clean. The breakfast spread was great, with both Western and Asian options. We rented the hotel bikes to bike to An Bang Beach, and it was a great time!

Loved the location, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. It was so quite at night time and breakfast had a great selection. We had a family interconnecting court yard room and it was perfect with 2 batnrooms!

Excellently located hotel just 10 minutes walk from the old town - or quicker by the free bicycles provided - set in a quiet location with views over the river. The staff were very friendly and our interconnecting rooms were lovely. I really liked the styling. Breakfast good with ample selection and pho or eggs to order. The only negative was the state of the pool. The water level was lower than it should be and it was a bit cloudy and green. The tiles were falling off in our hands. I raised this with the management and they admitted the pool was due for renovation. I understand this is now taking place - but some guests arriving have not been advised of the lack of pool in advance . Very charming rooms! Not as charming as our hosts! We had an early bus to catch and they organised a packed breakfast for us! And also organise to get a bag to me that I left behind!!! They are just enough away from the busy part of town to be quiet and relaxing! I thoroughly recommend this place!
