Cozy Savvy Hoi An - The Quintessence of Exquisite Retreat

I like the friendly and helpful staffs, despite trying hard to communicate to us in English but did help to connect with our needs for tailor, nail salon, shoe/bag makers, tour agent very quickly. In the hotel I esp like the breakfast local flavor dishes which I tried them all every morning, they are delicious and I will recommend guests to try them as well as we don't get to eat them any where in other places in Vietnam even if you don't find them look 'pretty' but the taste might amaze you! I like also the hotel interior decor in local flavor design which is very cosy and instagramable..

I don't really like the alliances prices which is generally higher by like 50% compared to if we go direct search and bargain in the town on our own. Additionally the quality and attitudes of these alliances are not fantastic that make you feel worth the value to pay the additional.

Very friendly hotel who are very willing to accommodate your every need. Pool and bar on top floor overlooking river is beautiful. Great breakfast and at times we felt we were the most important customer. Special thank you to Tony who made sure I always had coffee.

Staff were amazing

The staff are awesome and always trying to help. The location is next to the River. The breakfast was excellent. The Amenities in the room have kept the style of Old Hoi An. We also tried the spa for 90 mins which was so good. The hotel we visited in US last year should come and learn what is customer service from this Vietnamiese hotel in Hoi An. Nancy. Emma and Team did a Great work

The view from our bedroom was not that nice but we really enjoyed staying there. We stayed there too little time

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room and bathroom huge and comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet. Great rooftop pool with wonderful views. Highly recommend as quiet but short walk from the town.

I originally booked this hotel for the guaranteed interconnecting room type suitable for our family, however when we arrived we were so impressed with the lovely welcome, and the rooms were appointed beautifully. It was super clean and comfortable and the room service option was well utilised as we had some downtime due to sickness. The location was great, only ten mins walk to the old town and quiet enough for restful sleep. The bikes were available for use free of charge and a great way to ride into town in just a few minutes or explore a little further. Loved everything about this hotel. Tien and Nancy on reception were wonderful.

Only the location

Only 1 person (who was from the reception) was friendly and helpful, all other employees were unfriendly and not helpful. The swimming pool was not functioning.
