Stayed at Cozy Savvy in Hoi An and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern comfort and that relaxed, charming vibe you hope for in Vietnam. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable after long days exploring the Old Town. What really stood out was the staff— especially Nancy and Tien, who are genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile with recommendations, transportation, or anything else we needed. They speak English so well! The location is also ideal: close enough to the heart of Hoi An to be convenient, but just far enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to unwind and enjoy the stay. Would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

I was traveling alone and felt completely safe and welcome at the Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel. A huge thank you to Nancy at the reception, who was incredibly attentive and helpful – she truly made my stay perfect. Agter arrival I got covonut biscuit and tea. The hotel has a wonderfully calm atmosphere, great for relaxing. The breakfast was deliciously tasty and the free bicycle hire is ideal for exploring the city on your own. Everything was sparkling clean and it’s excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the good time ☺️

This accommodation was in a fantastic location! About a 5 minute walk to the main part of HoiAn but still had some shops and cafes on the street where it was located. The hotel itself was lovely and our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and proved to be extremely honest after we discovered my husband had left his phone/cards and they contacted us to let us know and helped to make its way home! The rooftop pool was a bonus and was a nice way to spend an afternoon to have some down time and a cocktail! Plenty of variety for breakfast too! Highly recommend staying here.

We were asked a couple of weeks prior to our stay in Christmas 2025 if we would like to move to a sister hotel as the floods would have made the stay not so pleasant at Cozy Savvy. We loved our alternate stay for 5 nights at the Soluna Da'naam. I stopped by the Cozy Savvy and had a look around. Would love to here stay next time we visit.
