The location and views were absolutely beautiful and made the stay very relaxing. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The scenery alone was enough to enjoy the stay without needing to leave the property.

The room itself needs some maintenance and updating. The curtains were ripped, the sink had cracks and leaked, the shower sprayed water everywhere, and the hot tub took a very long time to fill due to a loose faucet. The WiFi was also very limited and only allowed streaming when other guests were not actively using it.

Le logement propose une vue incroyable et un grand volume intérieur, chambre et salle de bain. La résidence est situé entre jungle et lac, dépaysement garantie. La résidence propose, dans chaque immeuble, le dernier étage en libre accès avec rooftop, piscine, espace détente. L' établissement propose un grand ponton d'où l'on peut se baigner, se détendre avec hamac, bain de soleil, balançoire dans l'eau, kawak à disposition. Situé sur la route principale juste avant Bacalar.

Durant notre première nuit, grosse fête dans l'établissement juste a coté... Impossible de dormir avant 23h00... Le lendmain, plus un bruit donc peut être un manque de chance... Malheureusement restauration en panne lors de notre deuxième jour, donc pas de petit déjeuner ... Il a fallut prendre la voiture. Pas de réfrigérateur....

Loved the view of the lagoon and access to the water. Staff were great. Restaurant had good food. Property was very well taken care of. Appreciated the free kayaks available for use.

Loud music really travelled from a neighbouring property having a big party, but that was not the fault of our hotel and it only happened the Saturday night. I also thought the restaurant could have a little more variety of foods on the menu.

The property and scenery is beautiful. The rooms smell strongly of mould though. They need to do a better job of maintaining the buildings in an extremely humid environment.

The rooms smell of mould, they need to use dehumidifiers to manage the humidity.
