Las vistas para tomar las fotos de nuestra boda y los alimentos son muy buenos. La cama y el jacuzzi en la habitación fueron fantásticos,en especial con la vista al cielo y a la laguna... maravilloso! Te prestan kayak y el paseo es hermoso.

Un poco retirado del centro, pero el taxi llega rapidísimo.

La struttura è molto bella ed essendo un po’ lontana dal centro si gode della tranquilla immersi nella natura. È disponibile un ristorante dove abbiamo cenato benissimo ma la cosa migliore è lo staff. La ragazza alla reception e la cameriera al ristorante sono stata davvero carine e super disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. C’è molta cura e attenzione.

"Es könnte eine Traumunterkunft sein, wenn man sich um diese kümmern würde."

Sehr freundliches Personal, welches sehr zuvorkommend war. An sich gut durchdacht die Aufteilung des Hotels und der Außenanlagen, wenn man sich darum kümmern würde.

Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber und es wird sich nicht um das Hotel und die Außenanlagen gekümmert. Der Steg, die Liegen und Hängematten müssten ersetzt bzw. repariert werden. Die Außenanlagen benötigen Pflege, genauso wie der Badebereich in der Lagune. Ohne Auto nicht die passende Wahl für einen Urlaub, da man nur mit Auto/Taxi in das Stadtzentrum kommt. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist nicht so empfehlenswert, da es im Stadtzentrum von Bacalar deutlich bessere Restaurants/Bars gibt. Grundsätzlich müsste alles besser in Stand gehalten werden.

"Heerlijk verblijf!"

Perfecte locatie, super kalm met het meest prachtige uitzicht. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Het ontbijt was vers en heerlijk!

Als je een drankje besteld via de receptie voor aan het water, rekenen ze wel een extra service aan om te brengen (wat niet meegedeeld was)

"Good cost-conscious option in Bacalar"

The hotel was easy to locate. The facilities were clean. The food at the restaurant was the best we had during our 1.5-week stay in Bacalar, better than restaurants downtown and at other hotels. It was nice to have complimentary kayaks too.

The condition of some amenities could be improved, for example, the lounge chairs at the dock (most were broken, and very uncomfortable). Also, every building is supposed to have a jacuzzi on its rooftop, but ours wasn't working. The small stove in our room also wasn't working.
