Abbiamo trascorso 9 notti in questa struttura. Top, non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Difficile esprimere a parole le emozioni che questa struttura riesce a trasmettere e a farti provare. Da iniziare dalle stanze, grandi, pulite, letti comodissimi e giganti con una vista mozzafiato sulla laguna dal fascino indescrivibile. Albe spettacolari!! La vasca idromassaggio e la ciliegina che completa il quadro. La struttura è immersa nel verde, ben curato. Pontile sulla laguna molto fotogenico sia di giorno che di notte. Kayak a disposizione gratuitamente. Ristorante BUONISSIMO tutto, abbiamo provato ogni pietanza del menù dalla colazione al pranzo/cena, vicino e con servizio in camera/pontile. Prezzi corretti per porzione e qualità. Posizione perfetta, 10min. Da Balcalar 20min dalle rapide e 15min. per un giro con Pontone. Staff super disponibile, gentilissimo e simpaticissimo. É stato tutto magico per noi!! Grazie Se riusciamo torneremo volentieri.

Bacalar es un paraíso y este lindísimo hotel tiene acceso a la laguna a través de un muelle hermoso. La vista desde la habitación es preciosa. El servicio del personal es de primera (necesitaba trabajar y me consiguieron una mesita que mi habitación no tenía), nos consintieron con cada capricho que solicitamos. Jacquie hasta nos prestó de su repelente de mosquitos personal porque olvidamos el nuestro. No es un inconveniente porque la ubicación le da un toque exclusivo y muy tranquilo, pero vale la pena considerar que el hotel queda un poco lejos del centro de Bacalar y cada ida en taxi tiene un costo aprox de $180 pesos (más el regreso); considéralo en tu presupuesto.

El único pero que le pongo: el restaurante no tiene menú vegano, y solo muy pocas opciones de platillos vegetarianos: huevos, molletes, yogurt (en el desayuno); para cenar solo encuentras ensaladas. Hacen falta opciones con proteína vegetal (lentejas, garbanzo, frijoles, etc). Quienes comen animales me comentaron que la preparación de la cochinita pibil estuvo muy rica, y que el omelette con vegetales salteados, también.
