Villa Bea

Villa Bea hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Das Apartment war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Außenbereich mit der kleinen Gartenlounge. Die vielen Blumen und Pflanzen haben eine richtig gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen. Der Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und schnell. Der Zugang zur Villa per Türcode und Karte hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war rund um die Uhr möglich, was ich sehr praktisch fand. Während meines Aufenthalts hat es mir an nichts gefehlt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

We had a really nice stay at this apartment. It was easy to check in. The apartment was clean, and it had everything what we needed, even AC, which was a nice addition considering that the outside temperatures were around 30 degrees. We can definitely recommend.

Czysto i przyjemnie. Bardzo wygodne zameldowanie i piękny ogródek. Trochę blisko torów ale to nie przeszkadza.

Response of the staff is very slow. Promised luggage storage at 7.30am. when I arrived, no information or any response. I just stood in the street with my luggage with nothing can do. Since the railwaystationhas no storage service, I decided to go somewhere. When I carrying my luggage to the old town, the staff message me the code to get inside the front gate of the apartment (not the room or luggage storage)at 8.20 am. I was told that a housekeeping staff will stay there from 8 to 830am. Then I rushed back to the apartment and get in the front gate. I saw nobody there. I continuously message the staff, a late reply said I need to wait for the housekeeper. Another half hour later, the housekeeper finally appeared. Besides that, everything ok.

Lokalizacja świetna, piękny ogród, czysto, schludnie, niezawodny internet.

Słychać pociągi, choć dużo mniej przy zamkniętych oknach.

The apartment was decent and clean

the air condition was not working hence the day time was very hot which made it not good experience

It was a really nice space with a lovely bathroom and it was really clean. It was very close to the train station so had great tram links to the city centre.

The air conditioning wasn’t the coldest and so during the heatwave, the accommodation didn’t get the coolest but we also stayed here during exceptional heat up to 36 degrees.
