Wish housekeeping was more frequent for towel changes

this was PERFECT for a 3 night stay in bratislava, we were so close to the train station (excellent noise cancelling though, the trains couldnt be heard through the night at all), and we could easily walk to bratislava centre and all main attractions with ease. the apartment was clean, spacious and great value for money. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in, we really loved our stay! would love to come back!

we went on a really hot few days, and because we had a top floor apartment the place was very very warm through the night, there was 2 fans in the room but we still struggled with the heat. other than that, it was amazing!

Geen info over bagage opslag .wij stonden voor de deur om 11 uur om deze op te halen . Gelukkig was de poetsdame nog aanwezig om.ons toegang te geven .

Man fikk informasjon om innsjekking på forhånd, noe som gjorde prosessen enkel og effektiv ved ankomst. Leiligheten hadde alt man trengte for oppholdet. Det var en hage hvor man kunne sitte og slappe av etter en lang dag med vandring ute i byen. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel var tilgjengelig for bruk og begge fungerte som de skulle. Kort avstand til togstasjon og kollektivtransport. Sengen var stor og komfortabel. Hyggelig med te og kaffe som ventet på oss.

Easy to find and entry instructions were very clear. I had inadvertently booked a single when there were 2 of us. I contacted the property manager/owner who responded very quickly and moved us to an apartment with space for 2 at no extra charge. I was very impressed with the customer service. It is very close to the main railway station
