The location is right in the heart of El Centro Historic, walking distance from museums and other attractions.

The hot water was sometimes inconsistent.

For the most part experience was perfect except some minor cleaning in bathroom.

Our stay at Casa Donceles was phenomenal! We had great communication about arrival and the team was on hand to welcome us and help with luggage and getting settled. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The half bath was especially nice to have for a family staying together. We loved the comfortable furniture and beds. We’re sending a special thanks to Cristian for all of his help.

Very basic apartment, lacking in kitchen supplies. Needs warming up with lamps and artwork and maybe a rug.

This was such a great option for my first time in CDMX. The property was clean, very specious and staff were friendly. One of the staff, Livia contacted me prior my stay and they even offered early check in! This was so convenient as I had an early morning flight. It was within a good walking distance from El Zócalo. The area around the property was very quiet, not sure if this is how it always is or because the street was closed for traffic on all days I stayed there. Overall I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again. Gracias Casa Donceles!

Everything was excellent, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. All the places of interest are very close, the zócalo is only 15 minutes walk away and that's great! I recommend it 100%!!
