Javier was waiting outside for us when we arrived. He also helped us bring our bags up to our room. He was very informative and responsive! We felt very safe and comfortable. The restaurant next door was very convenient, accommodating and affordable, even offering to deliver right to our room.

We had a HUGE issue with mosquitos in our room, screens on the windows are needed.

The location is the best in the centero area. It felt safe close to a 7-11 where you can get things and theres a restaurant next door. My family and I loved it we were very comfortable and had a great rest from all the walking. Personal is so kind and helped us with what we needed. I didn’t catch her name but she was super sweet in answering our questions. I recommend this place for families and larger groups.

At times you could hear people in other rooms but it was not that bad.

Very expensive, bathroom was not clean on arrival (hairs all over the floor and on the towel, etc), had to pay an exorbitant fee for laundry.

The facility was very nice. We stayed four nights; Saturday was the only night there was either a weekend nightclub, or some kind of street dance, with hard pumping club music. The dj was rockin’ it, but that didn’t help me sleep.

Great communication but there was a misunderstanding, when booking through Expedia. I had to pay again at the hotel when I had already paid through Expedia site. It looked like I was double charged and it took over a week for the extra charge to fall off on my credit card.

The apartment (king studio) had a seperate kitchen and offered plenty of space for two people. This apartment complex is modern, very clean, located in a safe area within an easy 10 min. walking distance from the city centre (Zocalo). The internet connection was slow at times but OK in general. The bed was a bit soft for our taste. There is a 7-Eleven a few steps from the complex.

Didn't realise till we got there but we got charged ~4 times usual price because of the weekend we were there. Tried to cancel but they wouldn't let us. Wasn't worth the $ with things not working, falling off, next to nothing in the kitchen. We argued with the owner and it really put a downer on our whole experience.
