I recently stayed at this hotel the room on the 2nd floor was torn up bathtub knob broke, key knob broke. I paid a $100 deposit and then was charge for my room, and they put my deposit toward my room and the young lady was new and didn’t know what she was doing and made a big mistake and the front desk manager told me that and i ask her could i speak to someone else and she transfer me to accounting the lady in accounting had a nasty attitude, being rude didn’t want me to finish talking or anything. Customer service was terrible and i would not be staying there again. Not a good stay don’t recommended!!
