Established friendly the environment was clean safe and in a good location

Perfect location. It is very close to Bourbon St and walking distance to the French Quarter and all restaurants.The room was very comfortable and the AC was great.

The parking space is very small and limited. The housekeeping could improve, the floor was dirty, very dusty and with long hairs and I found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom, they looked like they had been there for a couple of days.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone was extremely helpful.

TV don’t work in the first two rooms we were placed in.

Staff members and Manager on duty the morning of Saturday. The manager on duty listened to my concerns and sent a cleaning person right away so that when we came back from our event our room was much cleaner and tidy. We also requested for large towels, the ones we got were too small for my husband who is a large person.

The location of the hotel to start off. Many homeless and people using drugs outside of the hotel. Once we got inside our room, there was a strong musty smell in the air followed my dirty night table, coke left on a window sill and roach in the bathroom.

I am a Wyndham member and have always stayed at the Wyndham Barrone when I attend Jazz Fest.

I always request an outside room, but this time I got an inside room and it was not as nice as being in an outside room

I stayed one night; mezzanine floor to building face. Room was perhaps a bit dated but clean and decently provisioned; some street noise. I was able to back the AC to below 'refrigerator' where I found it. Parking is tricky for those unaccustomed to urban settings: park out front, register for room key and parking card; drive to basement garage, (dimly lit cave); room key gets you and luggage through door to stairway leading to lobby and elevators. I disturbed one bed, one pillow, the bathroom, and checked out early to begin a foot tour of the French Quarter so I wouldn't be rushed to get back by 11:00 curfew. My foot tour ended just as heavy rain set in, and had my car out of their garage and eastbound for Florida before the 1:00 curfew. All said, I paid more than I would have liked for no more use than I made of the room, but my car was off the street and I was able to walk to places to see, eat, and buy. I'll rank it Good.

Good location for the French Quarter. Two large beds and a good size bathroom.

No daily housekeeping - we were not told this so beds not made, no bins emptied and bathroom not cleaned and no clean towels. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll every day. Endless towels built up.
