Location was great for my needs. Lobby and atrium areas were beautiful.

Parking situation was awful. With little to no temporary checkin area for your car, you had to check in prior to getting parking pass. Luggage had to be left in lobby while parking or carried up one flight of stairs to get to elevators (charging $39 for this per day). Bed pillows were incredibly hard. Ceiling in bathroom near vent was very dirty. Bathroom lighting was VERY dim.

The friendliness of the staff the cleanest of the hotel love the atmosphere new location and making this my permanent hotel and I need to get away.

I love the location of the hotel, close to everywhere and lots of restaurants and bar all around. Room was comfortable and had all necessary stuff needed.

I didnt like the no breakfast for a hotel like that. Breakfast should be served in a hote like this.
