Location

I was given a handicap room, not sure why. The beds were small but comfortable, the shower was a a hand held that did not convert to a shower so we had to hold it for each other to shower.

Great check in experience, the rooms and other areas were not very clean. The mini-mart was slow and the coffee and food were not that great. Hot water ran out minutes after getting in. The AC did work really well though.

Great location the French Quarter and Canal St. Great value for money.

Some of the rooms have their window on the inside of the hotel. So if you like a view then ask for a room with an outside view. Otherwise your room will be dimly lit. Room can get a little humid at times.

Honestly … nothing

Our room was dingy and noisy. The pictures online are deceiving. Staff at check in desk unprofessional. The guy that checked us in was chatting with another employee about what to have for dinner, therefore it took too long for us to get our room.

The customer service was exceptional. Every shift was on point. The room was great. It is walking distance from everything. If you are a walker.

The parking will give you anxiety. If you aren't an exceptional driver, DO NOT PARK IN THE HOTEL PARKING. The spaces are TIGHT. I was worried that I was going to go down and see a dent or worse in my car....thank God, all was well.
