The room is too dark

Proximity to the shuttle for jazz fest. Room was clean and quiet, staff was kind and accommodating.

Was a little expensive for a room without an outside window, but it was jazz fest, so I get it

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was close to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, and a variety of restaurants and bars, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel itself was quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff was nice, professional, and very inviting throughout my visit. The room and overall property were clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and I felt safe during my stay, which is very important. Parking was also convenient, even though there was only one way in and one way out.

I was a bit disappointed that the room did not have a window with a view to the outside, which made it feel somewhat enclosed. The hotel also did not have an on-site bar or restaurant, which would have added convenience. Additionally, the room felt a bit limited in natural light, and there were not many amenities available within the hotel itself, which would have enhanced the overall experience.

Well located being a short walk from Canal Street and French Quarter. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Good size room.

No facilties in hotel to buy food or drink. Shower base very slippery, but hotel could not supply a non-slip mat...had to use a towel in bath which was not replaced for a couple of days. Very loud guests in adjacent room arguing in early hours, but security did not deal with them.

Property needs updating, and cleaning.

The location was well suited for our travel plans.

It was somewhat noisy in adjacent rooms.
