Comfort Hotel Airport North

i usually don't give out bad reviews, though i wouldn't say it was bad. but i stayed in this hotel for one night. my flight got delayed and i arrived the hotel around 1:30 am. the room was 1010, i was thinking to have a hot shower before heading to bed, but the water wasn't hot. lukewarm at the best. i tried the faucet as well, but no hot water, same goes to the shower. it was a little disappointing and i was so tired and didn't want to call the front desk. i hope to stay there next time and maybe i will give a better review.

Although we were informed that certain amenities such as the pool and restaurant would not be available when we booked, we were not prepared for the extent of the renovations and unavailable facilities! This hotel should be currently not accepting bookings due to the major nature of the construction. Even the continental breakfast was affected due to the absence of refridgeration in the current room they are using. Plastic drapes and drywall are everywhere on the main floor, lobby and halls. Unfortunately, this hotel has not chosen to pro-rate the nightly rate for its guests and we ended up paying the regular rate in spite of the inconvenience and lack of normal facilities. We will not be staying at this hotel again!

The lobby was not inviting, doors and hallways were taped up, room was disappointing. Breakfast area was not pleasant. Will not book this hotel again

Stayed on 10/1/19 - The property is under construction. There is access to a small counter by the elevators. First impression was bad, but the room was very nice clean and had been remodeled recently. Breakfast consists of beads/sweets, cereal, drinks - no hot food. Liked the free shuttle to the airport - Overall it was good! Thank you!

Breakfast was included, and it was close to the airport.

Bathroom was filthy - smelled like paint and tub full of paint chips. Wifi is very slow.

I understood it was under renovation (when we got there) the room was good. The entrance not so good - first impression not good .. it was dirty and smelly.

We once again stayed here for our departure and arrival. We were greeted with a bag of treats for being a choice member. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. We were giving a great room on the top floor with a great view. The rooms have been updated and look great. The beds are so comfortable the only thing that could be better are drapes that close. Getting in past 3am the sun came up early but i was prepared with my eye covers. It's just a short drive from the airport and a great choice if you'r looking for a place to stay before or after your flight. All the rooms we have stayed in there have been great. One of the better hotels we've stayed at that has great rooms and great staff. Thank you for a great stay.
