Comfort Hotel Airport North

Need maintenance, very bad condición, short staff, old building, the elevator don't work, I was in 9 floor , don't recomienden

First of all I waited 45mins for the shuttle from the airport which is an 8min drive away. The front desk told me that it would be there in under 20mins. After calling back and waiting in the cold for 30mins I was told they would see where he was and call me back. Ten mins later I called back and was told he would be there soon and the delay was he was stuck in traffic. When i disputed traffic delays he then told me that he was stuck at terminal 3. I spoke with the shuttle driver who made no effort to open the trunk. He told me that he was not stuck in traffic and that he had taken someone from terminal 3 and come to the hotel and then had driven to the airport and then back for me. ( must have had a tea break inbetween) he then told me it was a 30min service so I hadn't waited 45mins only 15. I was done arguing so I told him it was terrible customer service and to please drop it. We arrived at the hotel and again I had to grab my own luggage. He then stood waiting and expecting a tip. On arrival at the hotel I was shocked to see the restaurant is closed due to major refurbishment and that the lifts were out of order. This was not reached out to me at all. I was made to walk up ten flights of stairs with my suitcases. I asked the man at the desk if he was the one I spoke to regarding the shuttle he said yes. When I asked him about the lies he started claiming that was someone else who I spoke to who has left and when I told him what the shuttle driver said he stood there like a deer caught in headlights. I booked a shuttle for tomorrow morning and he told me that I better not be late and that it left prompt on time! I was shocked by this after my arrival expiernce and he went on to tell me he was serious. I have been loyal to comfort brand for some time but this place is not for for purpose with it's current building site conditions and lying staff. Also there are no amenities within walking distance for a 11pm arrival so forced to eat from a dirty vending machine. The renovated room was at least nice and clean. However if the comfort brand choice hotels think this is acceptable to provide this type of service they have lost my loyalty and custom for good.

I was not able to log into the WiFi; called front desk 3 times to try and resolve it without success. The shower only had hot or cold water - a very disappointing experience.

Our room was very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable!!!! We also really appreciated and enjoyed the coffee! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel going under some major renovations, but for a one night stopover at Pearson it was just fine! Free shuttle, was fairly quick both ways to and from airport! Check in was super efficient. Room was more than comfortable. Had both a small fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast ok, but couldn’t expect more for the price. Woodbine mall an easy 10 minute walk. Liquor store and grocery store across the street from the mall. Would definitely return.

It had a very comfortable bed. Building is currently under renovation.
