Comfort Hotel Airport North

The property is under renovations and so the lobby and breakfast rooms are make-shift. The hotel is housing many long term tenants, which makes it seem more like an apartment building. Nothing close by, except a couple of suspect restaurants. Very disappointed room was not like the picture. I left a night early, even though I paid.

I liked the room nice decor and super clean bathrooms. Front desk staff could be friendlier. Under construction could offer a discount on restaurant food

The rooms weren’t cleaned hair in shower and in my bed.

The room was in very good condition. Breakfast was average. Had to call and wait 20 minutes for the hotel courtesy shuttle transport from Airport to the hotel. Main doors of the hotel entrance were not operating properly. Waiting to checking felt like waiting on the street. The weather was below freezing, it was -12C. Staff were friendly and charges same as booked online. No changes. Property is farther than 2.5 miles from the airport. More closer to 7 kilometers.

They are doing renovations at this time but our room was very nice. The only thing is you hear people in the hallways but that is was most hotels.

Travelling home from our vacation and we had an 18 hour layover in Toronto. We decided to book a hotel room with Comfort Hotel Airport North in Toronto to rest before our connecting flight to our final destination. We felt welcome and the room was exactly what we needed to get some good rest and recharge. The front desk team is friendly and a pleasure to speak with. I'd be happy to stay here again in the future, and recommend this hotel for anyone within the area.

proper beddings toilet was clean with all the toiletries but the refrigerator was not cooling too much

One of the best hotels I stayed in. Friendly staff, clean spacious and luxurious rooms, good free breakfast and affordable. The only negative is the location, it is a little far from downtown Toronto and Mississauga somewhere in between. But still great, will definitely go back. I highly recommend

This property isnt the greatest. Looks old and under renovations. I would not recommend. The staff sucks as they didnt want to extend check out time

The service is very poor and the receptionist charged me twice in my two different credit cards and I didn't get my refund! here was no reason for this double charge and they were just charging me with NO EXPLANATION!!! During the check out I realized about it and have to struggle for the refund! So shame!!! I am trying to reach Ms. Savitri Bhajan and no answer at all. I want my extra (wrong charge), you guys did, back!
