Staff very friendly and helpful

They gave us smoking room

The hotel itself is okay for a short stay but not really great if you don't drive. There is no dining options. Would not be a hotel I would choose to stay at again.

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The housekeeper on 7 was also helpful. The facility was in need of updating. Carpeting, paint, repairs, etc. not all lights working in elevators. I found a cockroach on my nightstand when I turned on the lamp in the morning.

This hotel is convenient to the airport. Plus - clean, good staff and check in. Negative - property is older and in need of updating and modernization. Many electrical outlets did not work, could not use the outlet in the bathroom so could not use a hairdryer. Bed was exceptionally hard.

Property and room is not well maintained for the cost charged.

Poorly maintained...only 2 pillows and they were old...curtains torn and did not close...just run down and unloved...the staff spoke poor English and remote...did not try to engage with the customer...not just me, those at check in a head of me

Nothing working in the room

I admit when i pulled up to the building i wasn't sure about what it would look like inside. The paint was faded and patchy in parts making it look run down. The lobby looked good so i think theh may be upgrading. The elevator ran fine but the buttons gave the appearance that you may or may not make it to your floor. There was 2 elevators and i went up in both of them at different times. I was on the 6 floor and the first time i went in the light on the button wasnt working so i just waited to see if i was going to go up, and i did. The hall was dark and narrow giving the appearance it was older than it actually is i think, but my actual room was very comfortable and updated. I only would change out the carpet because this one was stained by the door. I very impressed with the water pressure in the shower too. Usually i find there isn't enough pressure but this one was great in my opinion

Not worth 380 for a room!
