Reception gentleman was exceptional! Customer service was outstanding! Room was spacious and clean. Screens were missing in windows which was unfortunate but overall great place to stay

My only criticism is that there is no elevator which is difficult when you've got luggage or if you have mobility issues, and that the front desk closes at 11pm so getting in and out after that is a challenge. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay, the staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable!
