Overall, it was ok. However, I found the carpets dirty in the rooms. I don't typically wear shoes inside but the bottom of our feet turned black so we had to. Really dirty in the hallways. Breakfast food options were not that great and not much. Our first day we came to the front at 6:30am and only half a cup of coffee could be made. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was good as well.

I BOOKED A HOTEL ROOM FOR 3 NIGHTS THE ROOM WAS FILTHY DIRTY THE MOLDING WAS DIRTY THE FLOOR WAS TERIBLY DIRTY WHEN I WALKED WITH MY BARE FEET THEY WERE BLACK THE TABLE WAS WABLING DO TO THE FLOOR NOT BEING STRAIGHT THE SHEETS IN ONE OF THE TWO BEDS WERE STAIND THE CEILING HAD WATER STAINS ON IT VTHE PATIO DOOR WAS FOOL OF DIRT I PLACED THE BATH TOWEL ON THE FLOOR BESIDE THE BATH TUB AND THEY BECAME BLACK FROM THE DIRTY FLOOR THERE WAS A TOWEL LEFT ON TYHE COUNTER AND I WENT AND WIPED THE COUNTER THE TOWEL BECAME BLACK FROM DIRT ON THE SECOND DAY I MADE A COMPLAINT TO THE FRONT DEST THE GUY THAT WAS WORKING AT THE DESK DIDNT EVEN CARE AND OFFERED TO CHANGE OUR ROOM ALL HE SAID WAS IM GOIN TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT AND THE CLEANING STAFF TO ALL FUTER CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PLANNING ON BOOKING A ROOM FROM THE TRAVEK LODGE IN WINDOM CAMBRIDGE WATERLOO 605 HESPLER RD BAMBRIDGE ONT THUINK TWICE

Great staffing...but.. 1. Old chipped furniture 2. Musty room...we actually left to buy Febreze 3. Reeked of cigarette smoke in a NS hotel 4. Homeless people walked by over and over looking in the room so had to close curtains. 5. Not enough light to read with at bedside table...when youre a reader that matters especially as there was only ine bedside table.

Needs to change the carpet,it smell bad esp.in the walkway.

Room was gross. Smelled of smoke, burn holes in comforter. Furniture beaten up, big hole in the bathtub. Discrepancy on charges to my card.

Indeed a quiet and calm place.

The place is very dated. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and only 1 of the 4 pillows provided were usable because the rest were stained under the pillow cases. The furniture is all worn and stained. The bathroom is dated and the tub was rusting in many places. I don’t recommend but it did the job for my one night stay to save a bit of money. I recommend paying a bit more and staying somewhere else.

Motel is everywhere good service

Run down..dirty carpet..old marked and stained furniture..disgusting for $179..refund would be nice..I got pics
