Great accommodation everything you need, nice outdoor seating area comfey bed. Nice addition of cereals and bread for toast including orange juice tea coffee and milk.

The room was very comfortable and the en suite was modern and clean. Kitchen was well equipped.

It was a beautiful location , the staff were excellent as was the food and the room was lovely

Just a couple of small things . The bed we found extremely firm and the fridge was noisy but we overcame that by turning the setting down .

Fantastic place. Strongly recommend. Food was great. Service a bit slow, but it was a busy time and limited staff. Accommodations were lovely and one of the very best w stayed in on our Coast to Coast hike.

Well furnished and very clean with parking outside. Welcome pack provided with provisions for breakfast including bread, butter, cereal and milk. Outside table and chairs at rear of property

Lovely comfortable quiet en suite rooms with kitchen area too. Food in pub very good ( can highly recommend the steak pie). There is a fridge/ microwave/ toaster/ oven and hob. Milk orange juice in fridge. Cereal, Bread, butter and jams provided. Beds 6foot and everything was high quality. Jake the manager works his socks off making a success of this lovely pub. We were surprised how much we enjoyed the folk museum next door, which was really a museum of social history and past traditional ways of life.

Maybe a few pots of plants to decorate the outside area at the back would be nice, but not a necessity clearly!
