Hi, I just want you to know that, someone else has already been checked in at 3-4 pm before me under my name and even put his signature. The employee at the counter didn’t even checked his id. When i arrived at 11:20 pm we got to know about this and the employee said you are already checked in and when i asked that did you checked the id of the other guy, they said no. So after almost 30 minutes, they gave us another room. But how can someone check in under another person’s name! Strange!!….. Thank you.

This place is sooo dirty! I cannot express how gross it is. Ive paid the same amount for beautiful hotel rooms but this place was ghetto beyond ghetto! Bullet holes in door ghetto!! Dirty nasty beds and blankets gross stained towels used toiletries! The list coild go on and on really!!

unclean! pillows stank of old sweat. Grimy unswept floor. The door's safety latch did not work. Bathtub and linens were stained

I checked in at the desk. Asked for a ground floor because I had a lot of baggage to carry from my motorcycle but they had none available. They eventually offered me a 'kitchen suite' at the same rate. The staff showed me the unit from the door and I accepted. I didn't notice the condition of the bathroom until I unpacked. The ceiling was caved in and wet from flooding. I have photos. I was too exhausted to change to an upstairs room or hotels so asked for an adjustment. They said that they could not provided one and that I had to go through you. The whole property was pretty run down with apparent homeless people lurking about. F.Y.I., on my way back through Saskatoon, I stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same rate. I would be happy to send you the photos and will be expecting an adjustment.

Waffle was great. Very walkable distance to restaurant options.

The staff were very friendly at both check in and check out and were the best thing about our stay here. We just needed a cheap place to stay enroute from Red Deer to Winnipeg, but I wish I had paid a bit more to not stay here again. The AC did not work in my sons' room and the TVs remotes did not work in either properly. The bedspread and sheets were stained in their room as well. The bathrooms were questionable to the point that we did not want to use the shower. The beds were comfortable, but my son's would not get in them and slept on top of the stained bedding. The price to stay here was easily $50 more than we should have paid given the accommodations.

I went there, it’s so scary everything’s . Doors are broken . Environment feel like hunted and they got me scam 250$ . I wouldn’t recommend to go there anyone .
