You get what you paid for. The hotel itself is a little bit worn down, but to my mind that didn't influence cleanliness, service and all the other things.

We had to ask for another room because the one they gave us smelled like smoke, the roomm we stayed in the bed sheets looked dirty and the one couch had a nasty stain. When we tried to warm up food using the provided microwave, the TV and outlets stopped working, we had to ask the front desk to check for the breakers.

The room was filthy, there were huge unknown yellow and brown stains on the bedding. Dried blood on the walls, stained floors, the room chair was filthy and grimey. The furniture was broken. I let the front desk and maid know and they were not helpful at all NOR were they apologetic about the disgusting condition of the room.

The location was great for us. Staff was obliging and helpful.

Very quiet for just off main drag. Reception courteous and prompt. Lots of butts and garbage around parking lot. No hot water. No reception or breakfast available til 8AM

The walls were dirty Sheets and bedspread had grease stains But the worst was that there were cockroaches in the room

I would avoid this hotel if possible.

Unfortunately this stay was not a very good experience. We had used our points to book this stay. Upon check in we were greeted by the front desk for our keys, but it seemed like that is where the hospitality ended. After our first night in a dirty room we request house cleaning to come in. It is left to be seen if this was accomplished or not. Towels were also requested but to no avail were they supplied. Our night on Saturday was not without incident, as my wife was walking to the bathroom she had injured her ankle on a piece of metal sticking out from side of the bed.(pics available). This injury included broken skin and bleeding. Her friend went to seek help from the front desk but was met with locked doors. When someone was finally tracked down she refused to provide any aide or even look at the mechanism that caused the injury. My wife and her friend were told that maintenance would be called in the morning. This property in my opinion is being poorly managed as you can not reach any employee with doors being locked and an answering machine when called. I will be seeking reimbursement for not only the night paid for but also the points I used to book. After reading mixed reviews on stays at this property this will not be one I will recommend or use again. I think Wyndham should investigate this property.

Cleaner beds and barhroom towels, had to leave before breakfast as early appointment should have 24hour service

The lady was helpful enough to change my room because it smelled as a cigarette, and even the new room had different smell, old musty place
