"Ask for a room in the back"

It was okay. Our room carpet had lots of stains, really needed to be shampooed.

Unfortunately, our room faced the road and the loud rushing traffic was nonstop. Even at night, the tractor trailers were non stop. The hotel was pretty much empty, and I asked if we could be given a room in the back bc of the noise, and was told no, unless we paid 25 dollars extra per night to upgrade. I didn't want an upgrade, just a different location. We had a king room. Would have been happy with just a queen. Staff was not interested in helping out.

Desk attendant when we arrived was kind.

Pool was closed, due to the area we would have liked to have an option. Maybe a heads up would be great, we could have chosen to go somewhere else. It was the reason we chose this hotel. The breakfast wasn't bad, a nice variety. The tub in the bathroom looked dirty but I am hoping just from age. It sounded like others had showers with doors so perhaps remodeling.

It's at a good location with a few restaurants and stores close by, and a good area for catching Ubers if you don't have a car. The breakfast is nice and fulfilling as well.
