The Saturday night was very expensive, it was not worth that nightly price but the other nights were very reasonable.

Clean room pool water was cold staff was friendly but kind of unprofessional.. conplaining of each other

I rented an efficiency room. I called the Tuesday before we went down to verify that we had booked the efficiency room with the cooktop so I could cook in the room because I have a health issue. She looked at the reservation. She said it was just came through. Yes I had rented an efficiency room I would be able to cook in my room. But it has no pots and pants. I went downstairs and talked to the man at the desk who was on the phone for an extended amount of time when he finally got off the phone he started to answer the another phone call with me. Still standing there over 15 minutes I told him if he answered that phone it was not gonna be good cause that wasn’t fair me standing here waiting. I asked him about the pots and pans he said no we don’t supply pots and pans you can go and buy some or did you bring your own? No I did not bring my own because I was not aware that I needed to and no, I’m not gonna go buy more pots and pans when I have new pots and pans at home. Then he said well he could move me to another room and they could see if they have pots and pans in there. I told him I needed him to call his supervisor cause every time I’d say something he’d start laughing very disrespectful. The supervisor said they do not have pots and pans and they haven’t since Covid people kept stealing them. Then another worker came up and she said they never had pots and pants. So I’m not sure what the truth is there. I did end up getting my money back but I’m 6 hours away! Horrible

It was one night stay but not for the price I was chaThe cleanness of the hotel is questionable. All the doors in the room are all dirty. The rooms need a good scrubbing. The hotel provides a continental breakfast. The cook tried the best to please the crowd. My friend and I end up grabbing a bite in the hotel’s lobby as all the tables were occupied by the patrons who were just hanging out in the dining hall. Disappointed!!. Most likely I will not return to this hotel. The only reason we have chosen this hotel it was for 24 hours front desk service.

Comfortable bed, good facilities, good breakfast, good location.

Only 1 way in/out, hotel exterior sign placement poor - not at hotel entrance, making entry after dark difficult. Actual entry/exit not lighted.

We're on a one night stopover. The facility and staff are just fine - very comfortable stay.

The whole place from walking thru front door to walking into your room was clean. The lobby was decorated for fall. Staff was pleasant.
