Prairie Inn

The breakfast was available from 7am - 9am which worked for me. The options were simple but fulfilled my needs. The hotel was clean and within easy walking distance to the Dakota Dome. It was quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room is dated but everything worked well and the price was very reasonable.

My room had a two items that were recently patched up but not painted yet.

The beds were comfortable and even though it was full, it was quiet.

The lady that worked there was very suspicious with me and she's not a US citizen.

Excellent stay overall. The property was well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The service was professional and prompt, and the environment felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would gladly return and recommend it to others.

There was good left in a drawer in the dresser.

The cost was outstanding, but you get what you pay for

The entrance had a displeasant odoe. The sink dripped, and the toilet in the bathroom was not cleaned. I had to plug in the lights and microwave. Breakfast was fine. But there were no protein options...hard boiled eggs would be a great addition.

Customer service is atrocious. Check in process is like getting the third degree. No hot water ever in sink or shower. Room towels are damp and like one ply. Air quality in guest rooms is toxic. Staffing is minimal. Even the breakfast area coffee machine had issues. Breakfast offerings are kinda ick.
