King en-suite- excellent no problem (no tissue but it responds quickly) only need a good electric fan for this kind of weather 27-30degrees.

"Very comfortable stay in a well presented room, but noisy thin walled house"

Lovely bug bathroom and shower big enough for two!

Being a house that has been converted into rooms, the people staying downstairs could be easily heard snoring loudly in the night and banging doors when they left early at 6.30am on a Sunday! Walls a bit thin..

"Good place for short stay."

Modern facilities, nice and clean. Comfortable bed.

Didn't get welcome message with house/room codes etc. (?Expedia issue) but, fortuitously, there was a staff member present when we arrived.

"Good, with a little more effort could be fabulous"

Location was good for the event we were going too. Beds were comfy. Shower was good too.

Our mezzanine area the floor was dirty and crumbs on the furniture. Seeing as we couldn’t check in until 4pm we expected it to be a lot cleaner

Very clean - comfy bed - lots of towels and bathroom products

There were no tea towels or dish cloths making clearing up if you’ve cooked anything difficult

Our main comment is that the email confirmation for our booking specified pastries each day for breakfast, which we therefore believe we had paid for, but there was no breakfast available and no information about this or use of the kitchen in the property. This suggests a problem with how the rooms are advertised on your app ir with the company who run the property. We would appreciate some clarification on this point, please.

"Superb"

Great place to stay for Blenheim. This was my second visit and wouldn't hesitate to book again. The beds are fabulously comfy!

There was only one wine glass. I'm sure this is just an oversight. There was two of everything else.
