Big, well maintained.

It’s not really close to anything commercial, or at least not that I could find. A guide to the nearest walkable shops would be a nice addition.

We stayed with friends who had a fairly good experience however our experience was very different. We stayed in Studio 101 and it should have been called room 101 because that’s where I wanted to put it… The room felt more like a converted garage, the bedroom and bathroom had no windows, the bed was a small double and up against the wall with no side tables. The kitchenette was bigger than the bedroom which was around 5 square meters - my husband had to sleep on the outside of the bed as he was too tall to sleep in the side with the wardrobe at the end of it. The bathroom was tired and the whole room smelt mouldy. We couldn’t open the window in the kitchen because we were on the ground floor and so there was a security worry (especially as the area wasn’t the best and didn’t feel particularly safe). Luckily our friends lent us the fan from their room. The tv didn’t work and all of the kitchen cupboards also smelt mouldy - I had to wash my glass before I used it. We couldnt have a drink on the side while in bed though as previously mentioned no side tables. We would not recommend Studio 101.

Enjoyable stay , was clean comfortable and tidy, lovely decent mattresses to !!! Overall good value for money. A couple of things could be improved, to make it excellent. There was no tea towel in our little apartment kitchen and very lilttle in the way of crockery and cultery .. Popped down to the communal kitchen also no tea towelsto be found , but did find some cutlery, two plates and wine glasses which we borrowed for the duration of stay and returned them when we checked out. Would stay there again and recommend to family n friends

Oxford studio twin was very well done .very clean and nicely decorated,Well equipped with most things needed for a comfortable stay .toiletries,towels itoning board etc etc .The owner was very kind and helpful and great with communication .Parking on drive and plenty off street .Location was good with shops and pubs /places to eat a few minutes away and airport .Plus lots more .Handy little place for a short stay for us thankyou xx

I don’t like to moan as it was a really nice place and most things were thought of thoroughly for a small studio apartment. So Just a few things I noticed that the Doors were pretty noisy /creaking when opening and closing when trying to relax and sleep .Hopefully just some WD40 would do the trick . Only a few tiny cups available so maybe a couple of bigger cups would of been nice to have a cup of tea in and some normal teabags as I would’ve been happy to take my own if I had known these weren’t an option as I’m not keen on green /earl grey first thing 😌

Good quiet location. Very convenient for visiting Blenheim Palace. Able to let ourselves in with given codes. Very clean and comfortable. Mini fridge and tea making facilities provided. Room and bathroom a good size.

All the parking had been taken by the time we arrived but easily able to park in the road outside which was a quiet residential road.

Listing described property as full apartment to ourselves. There were another 3 or 4 rooms with a shared kitchen, not as advertised. No "pastries" in the morning either. The host just told me that the listing was wrong when I raised it, but doesn't seem to want to change it, just mislead people.

prior to arrival I received a text to access one room but not for second room. On arrival I text owner and I got information for second room promptly. No breakfast provided. Small kitchen in one room and one large kitchen shared with other guests.

Accommodation in a residential area. There was a fan in both rooms but we could not use them as they were filthy with dust. Rooms were advertised as 'sound proofed' rooms. This is untrue. The TV was very loud in another room and we could hear people in another. I text owner about this and they said the person must have gone out and left TV on and ignored the fact that this had been false advertisement of the rooms. Also, some strange marks on 2 pillow cases.

Description was accurate. Comfortable room with kitchen. Negatives were a leak from under the toilet, loose tile and no coffee pods (there was instant coffee)

A bit steep up both sets of stairs.
