We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the ebd of April, beginning of May. What an excellent find it was! Situated just back from the marina lift, allowing you to walk anywhere in the town easily. There are 17 rooms in part of an old convent. We had room 206 which had a large bed, sofa, on suite bathroom, plenty of space for clothes and to put cases as well as a safe. Outside each room over an atrium is a bistro set and lounging chairs with a parasol, perfect for an afternoon/evening rest in the sun. Rooms were spotless, cleaned daily and beds turned down each evening with a sweet on the pillow! The only down side for me was the mattress was very hard. Continental breakfast was served each morning on the opposite side of the atrium with fruit, cereal, baked goods and juices. There is also the option to have eggs, pankakes and bacon cooked fresh to order - nothing kept under heatlamps here. Fresh made nacks are available at additional cost from 11.30am until 2pm. Reception was manned 24 hours a day. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We asked if we could have a kettle and cups for our room as there were none in the room. They sorted it for us by the time we got back from a quick explore around the area. Would definitely recommend for the central location, reasonable cost and fabulous service.

First time visiting Amalfi Coast and decided to base ourselves in Sorrento which I think was a wise choice. Hotel a short walk from train station and ferry so easy to get too. Room was nice and spacious, breakfast along is worth visiting for and the staff are super nice and helpful. Special mention to the breakfast ladies for providing a great start to the day with some laughs. A unique hotel close to the heart of Sorrento.

Lovely staff, amazing breakfast, wonderful room furnishings/theme, great location.

No body wash option in bathroom and just one small square of soap. Two more were provided immediately when I asked but I was taken aback that such a high quality hotel did not simply provide 2 soaps to start with, ie one for hand basin one for shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body creme were provided with the room. The access due to steps up to the lift is a bit difficult with larger heavy bags (staff thankfully helped take them all the way out when we left). We would have liked tea making facilities in the room.
