"Best hotel in Sorrento"

I very really write reviews but was compelled to do so for the excellent service from this hotel. The hotel is centrally located in Sorrento and very affordable compared to others in the same district. However the real reason why this hotel is so highly rated is because of the dedication to service from the staff. All staff we encountered were warm and engaging but the real stars are the breakfast room ladies who were so entertaining and professional. Breakfast was fantastic with a massive continental selection and eggs cooked to order. We stayed in room 203 and it had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel

"First trip to Sorrento, Italy"

Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Sorrento. Front desk staff extremely professional from checkin to checkout. Helped with transportation to and from Naples airport. Also coordinated tours to Capri and Amalfi Coast. Customer service was superior. Breakfast was delicious and ladies in the kitchen did a fabulous job. Hotel was convenient to walking anywhere in downtown Sorrento. We walked to all restaurants and shopping from the hotel. No complaints about staying at this hotel.

Friendly available staff. Checkin in easy. Modern and clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Outdoor breakfast terrace and courtyard. Funky vibe. Breakfast was top notch and Josephina was a character. Daily cleaning and turn down service.

Only thing was no kettle with tea and coffee in room. I really prefer available in room HOWEVER plenty on offer at breakfast :)

Beautifully decorated room and common areas. The breakfast was superb. Great location with walking distance to the main tourist areas. Super nice staff.

No onsite parking but this is understandable for the location.

The best breakfast I have seen, lovely to be welcomed every morning into the kitchen and offered fresh eggs and pancakes. Excellent coffee and loved being able to press fresh orange juice.
