A/c didn't work. Refused to return deposit for absolutely no reason

Although a little older, the place is clean and the staff very friendly. I had to get up extra early and they let me get a bowl of cereal even though it was long before breakfast. Overall, this place deserves more props than it gets.

Smelled bad and stuffy,broken windows,Super rude men at front desk, foundation is shifting, bathroom door does not close. I've stayed in closets better than this.I should've slept in the car!!! Tried to get back in room because I thought I had left my key in the room, and they would not give me another key gave me a hard time I finally was like someone needs to hear about this, I don't talk bad about places even when they are bad but this was out of hand, no freedom, said that I could not even have visitors? Forget this place, it should be knocked down anyway the foundation is shifting and the doors won't close that it's very unsafe! Very unsafe! Their doors don't even lock if you're worried about shooters and bad things happening! I should have taken pictures and posted! Maybe that's what I'll do next time! They should not be on trivago or Expedia or anyplace else, this is a CD motel for underhanded people!, Send the health department.

I stated for a week and they only cleaned my room one time

Not so good. No ice, it was broken Breakfast was ok, needs juices. Rooms is fair . A homeless on the site.

I will never stay at a Rodeway ever again. The front desk woman was nice and let me use the bathroom downstairs before checking in. I should have gone to a different hotel afterwards- the window to outside was boarded up. The entire hotel smells. Security and safety was severely lacking. The curtain in my room was broken. The floor was so dirty that I had to wash my feet every five minutes or they turned black on the bottom. The room smelled even worse. I used my own sleeping bag to make sure that I wouldn’t get bed bugs. Oh, and you can hear everyone’s business in the hallway- and tvs. Massive creep vibes all the way around. Spend the money- go anywhere else.

Absolutely deplorable. Did not stay. Boarded windows, unkept grounds, so many things wrong. Terribly disappointed.

The only pro was the location. It was close to everything. Garden of the Gods was near by, Old Town was walking distance, and so was some goo places to eat. The down side is that the Pool was not working, There was no working ice machine on the property, the bathroom door would not close all the way, the bathroom sink leaked all over the clean towels stored under the sink. The toilet would only flush one out of 3 tries. It acted like it was stopped up. The floors were cheap luminant that was water logged and causing a 1/4 inch lift up or down between boards. I tripped several times. The floor in the bathroom flexed real noticeably when you walked on it. It felt like you may fall through the floor at any moment. The Coffee machine in the room worked, but you could only use the coffee they provided because of how the filters were made. I brought my own K-Cups but couldn't use them. I understand that the hotel is pet friendly, but it was to the point where you could hear dogs barking all night. Also the walls were so thin I could have had a conversation with our neighbors without even talking loud.
